P-629DT is a flame retardant, single-sided acrylic adhesive tape with a double glass cloth backing with intended use in the aerospace markets as a fire protection barrier. The utilization of two layers of glass cloth and adhesive in P-629DT provides superior flame penetration resistance.

Features

Bright white glass cloth backing blends well white substrates, including Tedlar® (PVF) panels.
Bright blue PE release liner allows for ease of application.
The double glass cloth backing makes for a conformable application over contoured surfaces while also providing excellent flame penetration resistance for areas such as electronic equipment bays.
Adhesive bonds very well to a multitude of surfaces including new and worn Tedlar® (PVF) panels.
Formulated without Penta, Octa, or Deca-Bromated Diphenyl Ether flame retardants according to EU directive 2003/11/EC regarding council directive 76/769/ECC.
Environmental benefits due to a formulation avoiding heavy metals such as Antimony Trioxide.
Highly abrasion resistant and outstanding durability for prolonged surface protection applications.
