Position: Director, Infrastructure and Service Desk

Status: Full Time - 40hrs/week
Responsible for installation, configuration, and support of Nitto’s IT operations for the Americas which includes helpdesk option for users’ PC, Network (LAN/WAN) and servers that supports various business operations including NITTO’s ERP platform implementation. Work closely with other regional IT departments to deploy and maintain Nitto Denko Global standards including network modeling, planning, and security. Serve as technical liaison between Americas and NITTO H.Q. in Japan communicating regularly in Japanese on various technical IT issues applying knowledge of JDE, Macola, and T4M.
