If a large-scale disaster or serious accident occurs, a system developed by the Nitto Group immediately contacts top management. If necessary, top management will authorize a Disaster Response Headquarters to be established, and all afflicted group companies and bases will receive support from the whole Nitto Group.
A Disaster Response Headquarters was set up during the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011, and the flooding in Thailand, with top management at the helm.
