Sales Executive Semiconductors & Electronics Market

Location: Munich, Germany

Your function

Semiconductor is an established market for Nitto, with a strong global position in process materials for back-grinding and dicing, die bonding, masking, …., complemented with a strong range of equipments (machines) to apply or remove these consumables. This market is in full expansion among others thanks to emerging electronics in automotive and the growth in sensors, memory devices and 5G. Nitto’s growth perspective is secured as innovations come with new emerging trends and demands.

Your main focus as Sales Executive for the Semiconductor Market will be:

  • While managing an existing customer portfolio, you’ll be leveraging on your techno-marketing skills to capture new business opportunities.
  • You obtain relevant customer insights and you engage with Product Management and R&D, to translate that into a relevant Nitto value proposition;
  • Although you’ll be dealing with the consumables OPEX-driven business too, your main focus will be to drive our growth in our CAPEX-driven equipment sales to your direct customer portfolio, next to giving technical support to the Key Account Managers dealing with major strategic customers;
  • You report to the Semicon Sales & marketing Manager and will team up with the Semicon global team.

Your profile

We are looking for a technical profile (hardware/software engineer) with minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B technical support or sales, by preference in the semiconductor or electronics equipment/machinery market. Having been active as an equipment Field Service Engineer (FSE) is definitely another relevant asset.

You have strong communication and negotiation skills (internal and external) and you have a helicopter view to ensure the right focus. Being pro-active is in your nature and you have a talent for project and account management.

We innovate with, at and for our customer so you will spend most of your time visiting customers and business partners within the EMEA area. For this reason, you need to be fluent in English and German. Every other language, in particular Italian, is an asset. Your home base will be Munich (DE), but the key will be to live close to an international airport to have easy access to our EMEA customer base.
