Drying Technology
Drying technology is a technology designed to
allow efficient drying of liquid coatings applied
to various polymer film base materials.
Nitto Denko has developed organic solvent
recovery systems and drying oven design technology
which give particular consideration to environmental
impact and energy use and which form the core technologies
for the manufacture of adhesive tape, medical-use
tape, optical film, and other products.
Meanwhile, our independently developed
drying simulation technology has enabled us to
engage in studies that contribute to efficient
design of drying ovens and to efficient setting
of drying conditions, allowing us to reduce the
number of experiments required and to lessen environmental
impact.
