High-Precision Coating Technology
High-precision coating technology is a technology
allowing various polymer films to be coated with
high-precision specifications (uniform thickness,
high quality of visual appearance). Nitto Denko
has special features on precise die-design and
liquid supply system.
Since its establishment, Nitto Denko
has manufactured adhesive tape made by coating
rubber material to the cloth-substrate, building
up a store of coating technologies in the process.
The range of products based on application of coating
technologies has expanded to include electric/electronic
materials, optical-related products, and medical
/ pharmaceutical products.
In recent years there has been a demand
for products offering high-precision uniformity
of thickness and better quality of visual appearance,
to which we have responded with development of
new coating equipment and coating technique, adaptation
of material design to the coating process, and
optimization of coating conditions.
