NITOFLON® Impregnated Glass Cloth
NITOFLON Impregnated Glass Cloth is made by sintering carefully selected glass cloth impregnated with PTFE. The combination of the excellent properties of PTFE with the mechanical strength and thermal stability of glass cloth provides new possibilities and functions.
Typical Applications
- Heat resistant mold lubrications in applications where non-adhesion is required.
- Maximum continuous service temperature 260℃C.
- Heat resistant lubrication for heat seals.
- Non-adhesive conveyer belts for food processing.
- Separators for rubber vulcanization and conveyer belts.
