A pen, rather than a keyboard, is receiving attention as a new input system for computers. It is similar to an advanced touch-panel where the position of the pen tip is detected electrically, and the signals are converted into characters and shapes.
The screen of this pen input system requires a smooth surface and durability, and to fulfill these requirements, <ELECRYSTA>, a transparent conductive film with superior cushioning properties and durability was adopted. In addition, a transparent double-coated adhesive tape with high transparency is being used for the assembly of the touch panel.
