How to Handle the NT-300 Series (PDF file)
Regarding the cleaning of the die for the NT-300, the following conditions are recommended.
1) Clean and deburr with a cleaning resin*.
2) Then to condition the die, mold the conditioning resin** a few times.
※ Cleaning resin: Cleaning Sheet N-CS-2000/5000 (Nitto Denko product) or standard cleaning tablets made of melamine resin.
※※ Conditioning resin: KNJ-3 (Nitto Denko product)
