Nitto Denko’s products are utilized in vehicles, from the various adhesive tapes used in paint masking to the fixing of components. Double-coated adhesive tapes are used for the fixing of heat insulation, in meter panels, emblems, and side molding, and for the bonding of rubber around luggage compartment side covers and windows. Masking tapes leaving no adhesive residue were developed for the painting of vehicles.
