[B Series for Etching Processes]
The B Series of protective films was developed for masking applications in etching processes. Films used in the manufacture of shadow masks have to satisfy a number of criteria, including workability during application, resistance to chemicals, film-edge resistance to entry of chemical fluids, and releasability. The Series easily comply with all these requirements at the highest level.
[RB-100S/200S/300S, Antistatic Type]
The RB Series was developed to protect LCDs during shipment. By suppressing static electricity generated during film application and removal, RB Series reduces the incidence of product defects that static can cause. Almost no static electricity is generated during film rewind, and the suppression of static electricity during sheet removal also makes the RB Series particularly effective when there are conductors around.
[R Series & HR Series, Low-contamination Type]
The R Series uses an acrylic resin-based adhesive specially formulated by Nitto Denko for stable adhesion. The lineup of this Series for advanced applications includes plastic core type suitable for use in clean rooms. |
