UV Curing Resin NT-01UV Series
Utilized for Optical Lens Forming Ar as an Adhesive of Optical Components. Excellent Dimensional Stability Enables Nano-Sized Processing.
Outline
The “NT-01 UV series” is a resin which hardens with UV radiation, developed with Nitto Denko's unique formulation technology, and it features excellent dimensional stability and heat resistance (reflow condition) compared to conventional UV curing resins. It is utilized as a peripheral material for various optical components such as optical lenses or as an optical component adhesive.
Feature
- Refraction index nearly identical to quartz glass.
- Excellent dimensional stability with very little shrinkage factor when hardening.
- High heat resistance (reflow condition).
- Available in liquid states of various viscosity.
Product form
Available in bottled packages or syringe packages (shown in picture).
