Capillary UF Membrane Module for Ultrapure Water
NTU-3306-K4R
4-16 Mbit-Enabled Highly Efficient Final Filter for Ultrapure Water.
Outline
Ultrapure water systems are indispensable for semiconductor manufacturing. Nitto Denko's NTU-3306-K4R is a highly efficient, reliable final filter for ultrapure water systems. This external pressure capillary UF membrane element offers excellent heat resistance, high particulate rejection properties and high water permeate flow. Nitto Denko supplies this product with full technical and after-sales service.
Features
- High permeate flow of 7m3/h enables even large systems to be compact in design.
- Resistivity recovers within 30 minutes.
- Excellent heat resistance enables use of hot water up to 98°C.
