Low-Pressure Spiral RO Membrane Element ES10-D
Realize 99.5% Nacl Rejection at Ultra-Low Pressure Operation.
Outline
We are proud to announce an energy and cost saving element, ES10. Through Nitto Denko's world-leading polymer-synthesizing technology, the ultra-low pressure spiral RO membrane element ES10 offers high performance at extremely low operating pressure compared to conventional products. The operating pressure requires only a half of previous low-pressure model NTR-759HR and the NaCl rejection assures 99.5%. This element largely contributes to energy and cost savings in systems for production of ultrapure water and desalination of brackish water etc.
Features
- Operating pressure has been halved in comparison with Nitto Denko's previous low pressure RO (NTR-759HR), which reduces the electricity consumption to one half as well.
- High desalination performance with 99.5% NaCl rejection
- Not only energy cost but pump and piping costs can also be significantly reduced.
- ES10 is available in two types, the ES10-D model for desalination and the ES10-U model for ultrapure water with further improvements in volume resistivity and TOC set-up.
Applications
ES10-D is available for:
- Production of ultrapure water for use in the electronics industry such as semiconductor manufacturing.
- Desalination of brackish water (potable and industrial use water)
- Reuse of wastewater.
- Various kinds of separation, purification or concentration.
