A varied line-up of pressure-resistant vessels for membrane elements.

Outline

Spiral type-membrane modules consist of elements and vessels (pressure-resistant containers) used by inserting one to six elements depending on applications. Nitto Denko provides various types of vessels for different applications.

Features

【For general desalination】

• Mid-high pressure and low pressure vessels are available. The end plate fixing method consists a “stud bolt” method for 8 inch application, “VICTAULIC joint” (medium to high pressure) and “snap ring” (low pressure) methods for 4 inch applications.

【For seawater desalination】

• Pressure-resistance of 6.9MPa with the stud bolt method with white UV coating.

【For ultrapure water】

• A low elution type FRP vessel with higher inner flatness and smoothness.

【For food processing】

• A unique space-efficient U-turn flow type made of SUS316.
