Along with rapidly advancing highly integrated circuit of semiconductor device, constructions of larger and taller manufacturing plants and larger ultrapure water facilities are also accelerating and the consumption of high temperature ultrapure water with high efficiency of cleaning is increasing year after year. Nitto Denko's NTU-3306-K6R is high-performance external pressure and extra large ultrafiltration (UF) membrane module to meet such high level needs. Not only processing a large volume of water, the product also has excellent heat-and pressure-resistance for use at high temperature. Nitto Denko supplies NTU-3306-K6R with full technical and after-sales services.

Features

• Having molecular weight cut off of 6,000 (protein standard), pyrogen (heat generating material) as well as particulates are completely shut out. The number of particulates does not increase even at the time of impact.
• The number of modules is one half of conventional type (compared to our previous model, NTU-3306-K4R) simplifying connecting pipes and reducing equipment cost.
  High heat resisting and high pressure resisting characteristics of 1.2MPa at normal temperature (～40°C) and 0.7MPa at high temperature (～85°C). It maintains sufficient amount of feed pressure for long distance piping or high pressure spray cleaning.
• Resistivity recovers within 30 minutes.
• pH range is 1-14. Excellent chemical resistance to acid, alkali and hydrogen peroxide.
• Using the same hollow fiber membrane as NTU-3306-K4R established as the final filter module, the product offers highly reliable performance.
