Outline

NTR-750SWC is a reverse osmosis membrane element for seawater desalination, which was developed by the all round membrane manufacturer Nitto Denko through its most-advanced polymer membrane synthesizing technology. The membrane element converts unlimited seawater to potable and process water with high efficiency, having been responding to ever increasing water demand with the significantly improved rejection performance.

Features

• Enables stable supply of potable freshwater of approx. 500ppm for long periods from seawater (dissolved salt density of 35,000ppm) through single stage desalination process.
• Employs anti-telescope structure for the 8 inch element (NTR-70SWC-S8). Since the adjacent elements contact with each other in entire circumference, the elements do not dislocate inside the vessel even in the pressure drop buildup, assuring stable operations.
• Employing aromatic polyamide synthetic polymer composite membrane, no deterioration occurs due to bacteria or dissolved oxygen.
• Excellently prevents not only various non-organic ions but also other organic materials such as agricultural chemicals, organohalogen compounds, etc.
