Water-soluble double-coated adhesive tape with superb adhesion to rough surfaces such as paper. No.5091 double-coated adhesive tape consists of flexible water-soluble nonwoven fabric carrier with water-soluble pressure sensitive adhesive. The tape provides good bondability to rough surfaces and is also suitable for hand splicing in paper making processes.
