Nitto Denko Corporation has newly developed No. 395 (pink) curing tape primarily used for fastening flooring protection materials for residential construction. Because the tape does not contain halogen, it does not produce toxic gases if incinerated after use. It also does not contain heavy metals such as lead or sulfur, so soil contamination by toxic substances is minimized if disposed of as landfill.
Curing tape is used to protect flooring and thresholds. Lots of flooring is used in residential construction, and an increasing amount of curing tape is being used to fasten curing paper.
The basic characteristics required for curing tape include strong adherence to a wide variety of materials such as flooring and curing paper (under floor eliminated) and it must leave minimal glue residue on the work.
In addition to this, it must not easily exude toxic substance when discarded. In other words, the tape must not easily produce toxic gases is incinerated with curing paper when discarded after use, and must not easily contaminate soil when disposed of as landfill.
No. 395 (pink) curing tape was developed to satisfy these requirements

Does not contain halogen or heavy metals, so it produces minimal toxic substances when incinerated or disposed of as landfill.
Can be used for a wide variety of substrates such as flooring and curing paper. It exhibits particularly superior maintenance performance for curing paper such as polyethylene or laminated curing paper. It also exhibits superior adhesive strength when working in low temperatures.
Peels off cleanly without leaving residue on the substrate when the tape is peeled after curing.
