solved these problems by applying its own processing
technology, such as sputter etching techniques,
precision engineering technology, and composite
technology using different materials. Nitto Denko's
technology has opened up a host of new possibilities
for fluoroplastics, such as passing the UL Flammability
Standards in the USA. NITOFLON is now used in
a very wide range of applications, from electronics
to household products.
These tapes consist of various
types of fluoroplastic base materials coated with
silicone adhesive. Offer superior hear and cold
resistance. They also maintain the lowest friction
coefficient of solid materials and possess excellent
self-lubricating properties.

The Flexible Printed
Circuit <NITOFLEX> contributes greatly
to lighter and more compact home appliances, OA
equipment, and communication devices. An intricate
circuit is formed on top of flexible insulating
film, and can be used in cell phones, PCs, and
VCRs. In addition, double-coated adhesive tapes,
heat-activated adhesive sheets, and surface protective
materials are used in the fixing of reinforcement
panels for FPCs, and thin-film metal circuit boards
are used in HDDs as high resolution circuit technology
is realized.
Highly reliable FPCs developed
for applications that need to be repeatedly bent
such as HDDs and DVDs. Development of adhesive

Covers all kinds of clearances to shut out heat, water, sound and vibration. EPDM foam rubber with superior durability and weather resistance was developed incorporating our own original adhesive technology. Also offers excellent heat and chemical resistance.

Along with less weight and better rigidly, this material incorporates vibration damping, soundproofing, and heat insulation properties. The material adheres firmly to the application surface, and when heated on the electrodeposition coating line after application, it is foamed, hardened and then partially reinforced with steel plating.

Combination of non-halogen base film and non-halogen adhesive that is kind to the environment and offers the same strength and ease of use as PVC, in addition to heat resistance.
